How to fix it:
- Connect your monitor to your motherboard's video output (if available) to access BIOS settings. You need integrated graphics to configure things for Arc
- In BIOS, enable Resizable BAR (sometimes called 'Above 4G Decoding' + 'Re-Size BAR Support'). Arc GPUs absolutely require ReBAR to function properly and may not display at all without it
- Disable CSM (Compatibility Support Module) in BIOS. Arc requires UEFI boot mode. CSM must be off
- Update your motherboard BIOS to the latest version. Many older BIOS versions do not properly support Arc GPUs
- Set the PCIe slot to Gen4 or Auto in BIOS — do not lock it to Gen3
- Set the primary display adapter to PCIe (not onboard/integrated) in BIOS
- Try a different DisplayPort or HDMI cable and port on the GPU. Arc A770/A750 can be picky about cable quality
- If none of this works, try the GPU in a different PCIe x16 slot if your motherboard has one
