Summary
Crashless is built to diagnose game crashes, not to collect personal data. We only collect what we need to operate the service and improve reliability.
What we collect
- Waitlist email: If you join the waitlist, we store your email to send launch updates and product news.
- Usage analytics: We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are visited and how the site performs.
- Support emails: If you contact support, we receive the details you send.
Crash evidence (future)
If you choose to upload crash evidence in the future, it will be used to generate diagnostics and a fix plan. The Collector does not read personal files or keys. Evidence is kept for 7 days by default so you can rerun analysis.
What we do not collect
- Personal files or private keys
- Browsing history outside of crashless.app
Third-party services
- Loops for waitlist email delivery.
- PostHog for site analytics.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time and request deletion by emailing us.
