Summary
Crashless is built to diagnose game crashes, not to collect personal data. We only collect what we need to operate the service and improve reliability.
What we collect
- Account info: When you sign in via email, Discord, Google, or Twitch, we store your email address and display name to identify your account.
- Crash evidence: If you upload crash evidence, we process it to generate diagnostics. Evidence is retained for 7 days then automatically deleted.
- Usage analytics: We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are visited and how the site performs.
- Payment info: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Crash evidence (future)
If you choose to upload crash evidence in the future, it will be used to generate diagnostics and a fix plan. The Collector does not read personal files or keys. Evidence is kept for 7 days by default so you can rerun analysis.
What we do not collect
- Personal files or private keys
- Browsing history outside of crashless.app
Third-party services
- Supabase for authentication and database.
- Stripe for payment processing.
- OpenRouter and Anthropic (Claude) for AI-powered crash diagnosis and fix guidance.
- PostHog for site analytics.
Before diagnostic data (such as crash logs and system information) is sent to our AI providers, we remove personal identifiers — for example, your Windows account name in file paths is replaced with a generic placeholder.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time and request deletion by emailing us.
