Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Crashless. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

• You can sign in with email (OTP), Discord, Google, or Twitch.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be merged or removed.

3. The Service

• Crashless analyzes crash evidence you provide and generates AI-powered diagnostics and fix plans.
• Diagnostics are best-effort recommendations, not guarantees. We are not responsible for any damage resulting from applying suggested fixes.
• We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

4. Crash Evidence

• You grant Crashless permission to process crash evidence you upload for the purpose of generating diagnostics.
• Do not upload files containing personal data, passwords, or sensitive information.
• Evidence is retained for 7 days by default to allow reanalysis, then automatically deleted.

5. Payments

• Some features require payment. Prices are displayed before purchase.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support if you have an issue.

6. Prohibited Use

• Do not abuse, spam, or attempt to exploit the service.
• Do not reverse-engineer the AI analysis system.
• Do not upload malicious files or malware.

7. Limitation of Liability

Crashless is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, system damage, or inability to access the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of Crashless after changes constitutes acceptance.
